The Basin is situated on the riverside in the heart of Loughborough, diners can sample Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisine – as well as a swanky cocktail bar.

The menu ranges from sushi, Dim Sum, Tempura, Meat and Seafood and includes mouth watering dishes such as Duck Thai Red Curry and Seafood Pineapple Fried Rice.

The Basin itself is uber trendy; the decor rosemary red, chesnut brown - with a dash of blue.
