Bento is the Japanese word for a meal served in a box. Beyond that basic definition though, just about anything goes as to what kind of box or container is used, as well as what is put inside that box, which in this case – sushi.
The Basin Sushi Bento is available at £5.99 to take away – Monday to Friday, 12pm – 3pm: perfect for your lunch meal. Please note, it would be advisable to pre-order your Bentos via telephone (01509 239 368) for collection, as these are made fresh to order.
Our sushi ranges may sometimes change, so please check back for the most up to date information. A typical example may be:

The coming weeks sees the launch of our new menu.
We realise that trends have changed and our customers want healthier food options. Our chefs have developed the new menu around what our customers want. This has enabled our chefs to improve the nutritional quality of our food, our menu planning, preparation methods and even how we source our foods.
The new menu will introduce new and exciting dishes.
We have finally brought the new ‘The Basin’ web infrastructure online. While this new structure doesn’t yet have all the features that the old site had accumulated, we’re working hard to add new features, and we hope that this site will be easier to use and maintain in the future.
