The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many people across the community in many different ways. As part of the community, we always hope to help and support the local community. During lockdown, we operated a delivery service (no longer operating), during which £1 from each order was donated to local charities. With our scheme, we raised over £2000.
If you live in Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland or even the wider East Midlands, it’s almost certain that you or someone you love will rely on our hospital services at some point.
The Leicester Hospitals Charity work to help make the Leicester Royal Infirmary, the Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital even better for patients, visitors and staff.

LAA provide care for up to 40 dogs and 30 cats at any one time. Each and every one receives good food, veterinary care and individual attention to help them feel secure and loved, perhaps for the first time in their lives.

As the East Midlands’ only hospice for children and young people, we provide vital care and support to families impacted by life-limiting conditions.
Your support means we can provide end of life care, symptom management, short breaks and respite care. We can also be there to support parents and siblings through their bereavements. Our team are there for families when they need us the most, but we couldn’t do our work without the help of people like you. We know that together we can bring more love, smiles and laughter to our children, young people and families.
